The Veerashaiva Samaja of North America (VSNA) is a registered non-profit, charitable, spiritual organization under IRS regulations 501(c)(3). VSNA’s Federal Tax ID is 51-0245255. VSNA is dedicated to the preservation, protection, and propagation of way of life depicted by Basaveshwara and his contemporaries.

Veerashaiva Samaja of North America (VSNA) was founded in 1978 by Asian Indian immigrants in the USA and Canada. Started off on a small scale, VSNA now has 23 chapters spread across USA and Canada and includes over 2000 families who participate actively in various VSNA activities/programs.

VSNA Northern California chapter was founded in the year 1995 by 17 like-minded Veerashaiva families and today we have more than 300 families participating in various activities of our chapter and it’s growing day by day.
